My school uniform order status is showing as complete; what does this mean?
Once your school uniform order has been processed and packaged by our team, you will receive an email confirming that your school accessories have been shipped and are on their way.
Am I able to change my school uniform order or make changes to my shipping method?
We do not accept changes for school accessories or shipping methods once orders have been placing.
However, if you have submitted your uniform order and received a confirmation email that your item(s) have been processed, you can cancel your order if the status does not show as PROCESSING/DISPATCHED on your account.
To check your status, please log into your account and check your order history page. If you wish to proceed with the cancellation, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you accept returns on school accessories?
Yes, we accept returns on clothing items and accessories within 21 days from the time you receive your package, given that the items are unworn and unwashed. We do not offer exchanges on item(s).
Please note that return shipping will be the responsibly of the customer and can be shipped to the following address:

Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be processed.
Am I able to look at the uniforms before ordering?
We are unable to allow customers to look at the uniforms for sizing. However, we do have a size chart available on our website for your convenience. Alternatively, please do not be afraid to contact us if you are still unsure about any pricing.
New Starters, for cardigans & sweatshirts the 4/5(24”) is small so we advise this size only if your child is currently wearing a size 2/3.
